Mr Whippy has completed the first full factory test at its new Sheffield doughnut manufacturing headquarters.
The facility at Woodhouse Link represents an investment of around £15 million.
The new headquarters will bring production, packing and distribution together under one roof.
Full production is expected to begin later this year.
