Mr Whippy has completed test production at its new £15 million doughnut manufacturing facility at Woodhouse Link, near Fence on the Rotherham side of the Sheffield border.
The 23,355 square foot site brings manufacturing, packing and distribution together under one roof using automated production equipment.
Full production is expected to begin later this year and the development is expected to create more than 50 new jobs.
