Sheffield Council is holding a Time to Sleep seminar with a neurodivergent focus, for parents and carers of children who have a diagnosis of, or are on the waiting list for, Autism, ADHD or other neurodivergences.
The session runs on Monday 2 November 2026 from 1.30pm to 3.00pm at Stocksbridge Infant School on Pot House Lane, Sheffield, S36 1EJ.
The council says the session will cover why sleep is important, how much sleep children need, what can happen if children don't sleep well, and what the sleep cycle is.
It will also look at how to help children sleep better, how sensory needs can affect sleep, and how to make a good bedtime routine, including using pictures.
Places can be reserved through the council's sign-up form, and anyone who has already booked can cancel their place by entering the email address they used to book.
