Ice Sheffield has been affected by a major power fault which forced the venue to close and led to skating sessions being cancelled.
The problem began shortly after 10am on Tuesday, knocking out electricity and telephone services at the venue.
Staff said they had managed to protect the ice itself while work continued to restore power to the rest of the building.
Customers with sessions or activities booked are being advised to check the venue's latest information before travelling.
