Leger Shearings Group has completed a management buyout valued at more than £50 million, giving chief executive Liam Race and chief financial officer Andrew Oldfield full ownership of the business.
The deal is backed by NatWest financing.
The Rotherham-based company carries around 100,000 passengers a year and says it has now recorded 20 consecutive months of growth.
The group operates brands including Leger Holidays and Shearings.
