Plans for a dedicated accommodation hub for women experiencing or at risk of rough sleeping are going before Rotherham Council's Cabinet on Monday.
The proposed service would provide safe women-only accommodation, specialist support, trauma-informed help and support towards independent living.
The council says there is currently no equivalent commissioned women-only accommodation in the borough.
If approved, the service is planned to open in October 2027.
The proposal has not yet been approved.
