Parents and carers of children aged 1–5 who have difficulty sleeping are invited to a live seminar run by the Sheffield Children's Hospital 0–19 Service and Sleep Clinic.
The session will cover how much sleep children need, the stages of sleep and the sleep cycle, and sleep habits and problems.
It will also look at foods that help with sleep, how to make changes to the sleep environment, two ways to help your child settle themselves, and how to make a sleep plan for your child.
The seminar runs on Wednesday 25 November 2026 from 12.00pm to 1.30pm. Places can be reserved through the council's sign-up form, and anyone who has booked can cancel their place using the email address they used to book.
